What about Bob?
My cuzin is buggin' me to post a new blog, so here it is.
1. We now have had over 54 inches of snow in Duluth this season. We expect another 4-6 tonight. We've had 25 days below zero, including 7 days so far that we hit -20 or lower.
2. I passed my series 6 securities license exam today. I now begin studying for my series 63 "blue sky" state regulations license.
3. Scully continues to be the most cuddly cat on the planet.
4. I replaced both of the original drive belts in the snowblower yesterday and the impeller cable. After 24 years, it was no surprise that they failed.
5. My grandparents (91 and 94) leave today for a month-long trip. They will drive with my Aunt Judie to California, and then take a 15 day cruise to Hawaii. Bon Voyage!
That's all folks.

I wish I was SMRT and could fix our bloody snowblower.
Congrats on the series 6! What's the blue sky testing all about?

Is yur snowblower broke? Do you want help fixin it? I'd be happy to bring my tools over...
"Blue Sky" laws refer to registering investment advisors at the state level. There are apparently lots of state regulations regarding this stuff, and for some reason I need to know it. It's the last requirement of my licensing as registered representative of our 401(k) plan.

It's not so much that I need help fixing it.. because I am pretty much beyond all help. I am useless when it comes to things mechanical. But if you want to take a peek at it sometime, to poke and prod at it... by all means - poke away!
